About The Position
Peak Thermo King is seeking a Delivery Driver/Parts Warehouse Associate to join our team in Fife, Washington. This role involves managing incoming parts, stocking inventory, preparing and delivering customer orders, and maintaining warehouse organization. Responsibilities
- Receive incoming parts and stock orders, verify shipments for accuracy, and process receipts in the system.
- Put received parts away promptly in the correct, clearly labeled bin locations.
- Review open customer orders and backorders, pull available parts, and prepare orders for delivery.
- Plan and complete daily delivery routes, prioritizing customer parts and time-sensitive orders.
- Deliver parts accurately and on time while providing professional, responsive customer service.
- Maintain accurate inventory by recording parts movements, transfers, returns, and adjustments in the system.
- Keep the warehouse organized, clean, and easy to navigate.
- Assist with cycle counts and investigate inventory discrepancies.
- Process and organize cores, warranty returns, vendor returns, and interbranch transfers as needed.
- Monitor incoming and outstanding orders and escalate receiving, inventory, or delivery issues promptly.
- Maintain the delivery vehicle and ensure parts are safely loaded, secured, and transported.
- Support other parts-department and warehouse duties as workload permits.
