DELIVERY DRIVER HELPER

About The Position
Provide assistance to delivery driver. Unload product from truck and deliver to customer in a safe and timely fashion.
Requirements
- Ability to lift and transfer 40 pounds repetitively (and up to 80lbs); ability to bend and reach for products, climb in and out of vehicle to unload orders; pull handcart up and down stairs and ramps.
- Requires long periods of riding.
- Possess good customer service skills.
Responsibilities
- Unload product from truck at customer location per customer instructions (including placing product on the shelf, in freezer, cooler, etc. if required)
- Pick up incorrect orders and/or damaged items from customers.
- Ensure all merchandise is off the truck at the end of the day.
- Always ensure safety.
- Keep vehicle clean.
- Provide assistance in other areas as assigned.
