About The Position

The Delivery Coordinator is responsible for ensuring a smooth and positive experience for customers taking delivery of new and used vehicles. This role involves a comprehensive understanding of vehicle operations, meticulous checklist completion, and proactive customer follow-up to ensure satisfaction. The position also contributes to dealership operations through showroom merchandising, social media content creation, and assisting other departments as needed.

Requirements

  • Full knowledge and explanation of vehicle operations
  • Ability to complete new and CPO delivery checklists for every client
  • Ability to complete second deliveries when required
  • Ability to perform introduction and dealership walk around at delivery (Parts and Service)
  • Ability to inspect vehicles prior to delivery (watermarks, footprints, dirty windows)
  • Ability to verify there isn’t a Beam Dongle connected to the OBDII Port
  • Ability to follow up for second deliveries
  • Ability to follow up for reviews, surveys, and CSIs in order to obtain 10/10s
  • Ability to merchandise showroom vehicles and making sure they get charged
  • Ability to create Dealership social media content
  • Ability to check in transport drop-offs when lot staff is unavailable
  • Ability to perform home deliveries and assist service customers with technology issues
  • Ability to assist lot staff with moving cars when required
  • Ability to handle plate registrations and organization of Demo vehicles
