Requirements

• Strong attention to detail and sense of urgency
• Excellent communication skills both written and oral
• Ability to prioritize workload and manage one’s own time
• High School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older required.

Responsibilities

• Meet with sales team & F&I Manager every morning to schedule deliveries
• Verify paperwork & scan to central billing office (CBO)
• Check for stipulations and pull documents that need to be signed by customer
• Be contact person for CBO questions and/or missing documents
• Follow up on daily deliveries to make sure they come up in the run
• After delivery, meet with Sales Managers for V-auto, recap, commissions, etc.
• Return deals to CBO
• Help resolve funding delays in timely manner
