About The Position

Round Rock Toyota, a Penske Automotive Group dealership, is looking for a Delivery Coordinator to join their dealership team and deliver extraordinary customer service experiences. Penske Automotive Group (PAG) strives to create a positive and inclusive workplace that promotes excellence and achievement, and aims to deliver the very best experience possible to customers. Delivery Coordinators are a critical part of the customer experience at the dealership. Product Specialists are responsible for preparing customer vehicles for delivery, explaining the benefits and features of vehicles, and providing additional dealership sales support as required. Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume.
Ability to understand and follow work rules and procedures.
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions.

Associate's degree (A. A.) or equivalent; and one to two year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
