About The Position

The Delivery Coordinator is responsible for ensuring a smooth and exceptional experience for customers during vehicle deliveries. This role involves completing new and used vehicle deliveries, explaining vehicle operations, and following up with customers to ensure satisfaction. The position also includes merchandising showroom vehicles, contributing to social media content, and assisting with various dealership operations as needed.

Requirements

  • Full knowledge and explanation of vehicle operations
  • In control set up for clients
  • Complete new and CPO delivery checklists for every client
  • Complete second deliveries when required
  • Introduction and dealership walk around at delivery (Parts and Service)
  • Inspect vehicles prior to delivery (watermarks, footprints, dirty windows)
  • Verify there isn’t a Beam Dongle connected to the OBDII Port
  • Follow up for second deliveries
  • Follow up for reviews, surveys, and CSIs in order to obtain 10/10s
  • Merchandising showroom vehicles and making sure they get charged
  • Dealership social media content
  • Checking in transport drop-offs when lot staff is unavailable
  • Home deliveries and assisting service customers with technology issues
  • Assisting lot staff with moving cars when required
  • Plate registrations and organization of Demo vehicles

  • Attendance at Go University and/or manufacture training as requested by management
  • Complete all New and Used deliveries
