About The Position

As the Delivery Coordinator, you will be responsible for customer follow-up, data entry, and basic administrative duties. The ideal candidate has good time management skills, attention to detail, and outstanding customer service skills. This role also involves managing the company's social media page and assisting with customer delivery coordination for new and used campers. You will be part of creating a customer's best experience: taking delivery of their new RV! You will work effectively as a team with Service, Parts, Sales, and store leadership.

Requirements

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Confidence in phone communication and multi-line phone use
• The ability to work independently as well as in a team setting
• Must be available on Saturdays (until 6PM)
• Experience in event coordination
• Strong computer and data entry skills
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
• Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment
• An awesome attitude!
• Neat, clean and professional appearance
• High School Diploma or GED
• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
• Ability to pass a background check and drug test
• Demonstrate behaviors consistent with the Company’s Vision, Mission, and Value in all interactions with customers and co-workers

Responsibilities

• Customer service updates
• Data entry - translating technician notes for entry into our Service database
• File and photo organization - filing paper copies of forms as well as uploading photos and documents into our Service system
• Assisting with calculations of technician work time
• Managing the Social Media page
• Assisting with Customer delivery coordination for new and used campers
