About The Position

AIT Home Delivery is seeking contractors to provide white-glove delivery and assembly of fitness equipment in the Parkersburg, West Virginia area. Work involves picking up equipment from a local warehouse and delivering it to individual residences. Assembly is required for some deliveries, and a helper is needed for large or bulky equipment. Contractors are paid through weekly settlements, with potential earnings of $40,000–$100,000 or more depending on volume, location, and accepted contract work.

Requirements

• Own or lease a Sprinter van or smaller box truck; a lift gate is preferred.
• Provide a reliable helper; delivery teams must consist of two people.
• Own hand and power tools and have the experience and mechanical aptitude to assemble products to manufacturer specifications.
• Have an EIN (federal tax ID).
• Comply with insurance and vehicle registration requirements, state vehicle laws, and any applicable DOT/MC requirements for vehicles with a GVWR over 10,000 lbs.
• Pass background and drug screens; driving contractors must also pass an MVR check.
• Be comfortable using a mobile phone and have strong communication skills.
