About The Position

Dynamic Transportation and Logistics LLC is an authorized delivery service partner delivering packages to customers. Delivery Associates deliver packages safely while providing excellent customer service. Deliveries are made using Rivian electric delivery vehicles, Ford Transit pickups, Ford step vans, and cargo vans. This active delivery role involves loading and delivering packages, repeatedly entering and exiting a vehicle throughout the shift, and working outdoors in varying weather conditions. Associates deliver an average of 200–250 packages per day and are expected to manage their time effectively while prioritizing safety. The role is in person in Houston, Texas.

Requirements

Must be at least 21 years old.
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
Must have a valid driver's license within the state of employment.
Must pass a criminal background check, motor vehicle registration verification, and five-panel drug test.
Ability to work in all weather conditions.
Excellent communication skills.
Customer-oriented service skills.
Excellent time-management skills.
Must be flexible and able to work weekends when scheduled, including Saturday and Sunday.
Ability to lift 50 to 70 pounds.
Must be able to operate a large cargo van.
No CDL is required.
No experience is required; training is provided.
