About The Position

As a Delivery and Set Up Driver, you will help deliver a positive customer experience by safely and efficiently relocating and delivering office equipment. You will interact with customers and contribute to their satisfaction through a warm demeanor and attention to detail. The role also includes providing basic training and networking installations, and coordinating with field technicians and dispatch to support smooth operations and timely issue resolution. The position offers a $1,000 sign-on bonus to new Ricoh team members.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent education.
Safe driving record with at least two years of medium-duty truck driving experience.
On-the-job technical training in networking and installation.
Valid driver's license and eligibility to drive commercial vehicles under FMCSR regulations.

Nice To Haves

Familiarity with smart devices and basic computer skills.
Certification in the operation and use of warehouse equipment.
Ability to read maps and navigate using electronic GPS systems.

Responsibilities

Safely deliver equipment to designated locations while adhering to DOT regulations.
Conduct pre-trip and post-trip reviews to ensure vehicle safety and cleanliness.
Minimize costs through efficient pickup and delivery practices.
Provide basic customer training and networking installations.
Collaborate with field technicians, dispatch, and other team members to ensure smooth operations and timely resolution of issues.
Accurately complete and process delivery paperwork, including customer signatures, and maintain thorough transaction records.
