Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Minimum of a High school diploma or equivalent plus 3-4 years of experience in area of specialization.
  • Minimum of three years prior cooking experience (if supervising kitchen staff).
  • Prior supervisory experience preferred.
  • Prior customer service experience required.
  • Basic math skills and proficient in Microsoft Office-Word, Excel and Outlook.
  • Ability to multi-tasks and prioritize.
  • Flexible schedule.
  • Current Food Handler’s permit.
  • Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain the Environment and Culture of the Department.
  • Provide Training for Staff.
  • Maintain Vendor, Customer, and RCS Relations.
  • Maintain Compliance of Food & Workplace Safety.
  • Maintain Proper Ordering Practices.
  • Provide Direction to Staff for Completion of Daily Tasks & Goals.
  • Support Customer-Facing Service Stations.
  • Other duties as assigned
