About The Position

Pilot Company is hiring a Deli Production Team Member to help maintain and operate the deli area at a travel center or restaurant. The role involves keeping the deli organized, monitoring and stocking the hot deli case with fresh items, preparing food according to company standards and process cards, and cleaning and organizing dishes and utensils. Team members may have opportunities to train for and gain experience in other roles within the company.

Requirements

• Be a highly motivated self-starter.
• Ability to work as part of a team.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds and walk or stand for most of the day.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule that may include nights, days, weekends, and holidays.
