About The Position
The Deli Production Team Member maintains an orderly deli area, monitors and replenishes the hot deli case with fresh items, prepares food according to company standards and process cards, and cleans and organizes dishes and utensils. The role involves working as part of a team in a customer-focused travel center and restaurant environment.
Requirements
- Highly motivated self-starter.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
- Able to lift 50 pounds and walk or stand most of the day.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule of nights, days, weekends, and holidays.
