About The Position

The Deli Production Team Member helps maintain an orderly deli area, keeps the hot deli case stocked with fresh items, prepares food according to company standards and process cards, and cleans and organizes dishes and utensils. The role is part of Pilot Company’s travel center and restaurant team, with opportunities to train for other roles.

Requirements

• Be a highly motivated self-starter.
• Be able to work as part of a team.
• Be able to lift 50 pounds and walk or stand most of the day.
• Be able to work a flexible schedule that includes nights, days, weekends, and holidays.
