About The Position
Pilot Company is hiring a Deli Production Team Member to help maintain the deli area and prepare food for guests. The role involves keeping the deli orderly, monitoring and stocking the hot deli case with fresh items, preparing food according to company standards and process cards, and cleaning and organizing dishes and utensils. The position offers opportunities to build experience in other roles within the company’s travel centers and restaurants.
Requirements
- Be a highly motivated self-starter.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
- Ability to lift 50 pounds and walk or stand for most of the day.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, days, weekends, and holidays.
