Requirements

• Lead deli operations, including cooking, frying, and recipe preparation while maintaining quality and efficiency.
• Train, mentor, and support Deli Attendants and Assistant Managers.
• Handle cash register operations and ensure accurate money handling.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and create a welcoming environment.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and presentation-ready deli area.
• Keep shelves, coolers, and supplies fully stocked and organized.
• Foster teamwork, professionalism, and positive relationships with co-workers, customers, and vendors.
