Requirements

Ability to fulfil physical job requirements, includes some heavy lifting.
Must have a high level of integrity, systematic thinking, planning and conflict resolution and set priorities.
You’re honest and trustworthy, are results-oriented and strive to be the best in what you do.

Nice To Haves

Retail experience in ordering, selling, receiving and employee management would be considered an asset.

Responsibilities

Provide products, assistance and service to customers.
Demonstrate day-to-day behaviours and actions that align with and strengthen our Co-op’s vision, mission, values, brand and focus on safety.
Provide efficient, personal and excellent service to all our members and guests.
Assist in developing quality team training and succession plans.
Lead a culture of safety through devotion to company standards for health and safety, loss prevention and environmental due diligence.
Provide leadership to team members to ensure that an engaged, supportive and positive team environment exists.
Perform ordering duties and receiving duties.
Complete employee training, scheduling, time management.
Complete safety training as required.
