About The Position

As the Deli Manager, your leadership and organization are what ensure our customers have an enjoyable shopping experience during their visit and meal ordering. This leadership role will be responsible for ensuring that all vendor deliveries are accurate and meet our standard of quality. You will oversee a small team of associates through mentorship, delegation, and internal development. Detail-oriented and an appreciation for routines will help you be successful in this role. Leadership, coaching, ensuring safety of teammates, and clear communication will allow your shifts to be productive and fun. Many of our customers are local, and you will see them often! Learning their name and favorite items to purchase, personalizes the experience and helps ensure our focus of Super Superior Service. For customers just visiting for a special occasion, your role will provide them with a seamless experience allowing them to order pre-made dinners, fresh broasted or fried chicken, and fresh deli items just like at home.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old.
Able to stand, bend, and reach.
Occasionally lifting up to 50 lbs.
Ability to communicate and build a relationship with customers.
