About The Position

Pilot Flying J is seeking an experienced Deli General Manager to oversee high-volume retail facilities. The role is responsible for generating and executing travel center and restaurant business plans to meet established standards and achieve sales, profit, and customer satisfaction objectives. The Deli General Manager builds, coaches, manages, and develops teams, including staffing, interviewing, hiring, and training. The role also ensures customer expectations are met, conducts meetings with subordinate employees, and maintains effective vendor relationships.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of management experience in a restaurant, deli, or foodservice setting.
• Previous management proficiency in high-volume retail with P&L accountability.
• Ability to create and maintain a customer-focused culture.
• Integrity and accountability at the managerial level.
• Excellent team leadership skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule that includes nights, days, weekends, and holidays.
