About The Position

This position requires an individual to perform essential duties with accuracy and maintain a high level of productivity. The role involves developing excellent customer relations through friendly and courteous behavior, promoting high morale within the department and store through honest and open communication, and maintaining good working relationships with other department managers to improve storewide sales. The individual must comply with all company policies and provide a professional example for other team members. A key aspect of this role is possessing sufficient knowledge and ability to teach others all fundamentals of deli production, including mixing, scaling, cooking, frying, and finishing. Maintaining a high level of coordination and communication with other departments is crucial for a smooth flow of products and service. The clerk must also maintain adequate and appropriate department records at all times.
