About The Position

The Fresh Market is looking for a new team member who strives for excellence and brings positive energy, commitment, and a “can-do” attitude to work every day. This role embodies passion, excellence, hospitality, and teamwork, delivering an exceptional guest experience while maintaining operational integrity. You will support deli inventory accuracy, ensure rotation standards, and presentation, while supporting guest engagement and department readiness for promotions and seasonal events.

Requirements

• 1 + years of experience in retail, grocery, restaurant, or hospitality operations.
• Strong attention to detail with organizational skills, ability to multitask, and work at a fast pace.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Nice To Haves

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Retail, culinary, and/or grocery experience.
• Experience with electronic shelf label systems, inventory management technology, or AI-enabled retail tools.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all deli products meet freshness and quality standards, including proper rotation and dating.
• Execute planograms and maintain accurate product placement and signage.
• Coordinate with department leadership on ordering and replenishment of deli items.
• Verify deliveries for accuracy and freshness, ensuring proper receiving and storage procedures.
• Play a key role in compliance during key item transitions and promotional events.
• Execute planograms and maintain accurate product placement and signage.
• Follow all TFM policies, food safety requirements, and sanitation procedures.
• Engage guests with a friendly, helpful approach when on the sales floor.
