About The Position

The Deli Clerk helps create a fresh, welcoming, and well-run store experience by providing remarkable customer service, product knowledge, efficient service, and a friendly attitude. The role involves retail tasks related to food products, customer service, and merchandising, and may include work across Meat, Seafood, Bakery, Deli, Produce, and Grocery. The employee must be available to work until 10 pm.

Responsibilities

Build positive connections with customers and teammates.
Share product knowledge and help customers find what they need.
Maintain full, fresh, and visually appealing product displays.
Stock, rotate, and merchandise products according to standards.
Use technology to complete tasks efficiently and accurately.
Follow food safety, sanitation, and quality procedures.
Work across departments including Meat, Seafood, Bakery, Deli, Produce, and Grocery.
Support other tasks as needed to keep store operations running smoothly.
