Responsibilities

Provide excellent customer service, addressing customer needs in a timely and effective manner.
Multitask between daily production and customer service.
Monitor stock levels in the backroom, sales floor, and service counters.
Stock and rotate products using the FIFO method and check expiration dates to ensure food safety.
Operate equipment such as box cutters, slicers, knives, stoves, fryers, ovens, grills, steamers, and rotisserie ovens.
Perform cheese merchandising, cutting, wrapping, and packaging with precision.
Craft creative cheese displays.
Act with honesty and integrity regarding customers and company policies.
Protect the safety of oneself, co-workers, and customers at all times.
Report safety-related accidents and incidents to management immediately.
