Homestead Co-op is hiring a Full Time (Term - 12 months) Deli Clerk II at our Carman Food Store location. Co-op does business differently. As a co-operative, we believe in working together to serve Western Canada, delivering profits back to our communities and investing in sustainable growth.

Responsibilities

  • Assisting in the day-to-day operations of the Deli Department.
  • Efficient and accurate operation of the point of sale equipment.
  • Following company policies and procedures with respect to credit and debit cards, cheques, coupons, loss prevention, file maintenance and customer service.
  • Preparation, packaging and merchandising of product ensuring department standards and safe food handling practices are adhered to at all times.
  • General housekeeping.
  • Some heavy lifting is required.
