About The Position

The Deli Cashier Server is part of a four or five person service team including Ordermaker, Cashier, and Deli Supervisor. Each position has its own duties however each position will be trained to cover any other Deli position for any length of time depending on scheduling. The lodge is a very busy remote location serving guests from all over the world.

• Some previous customer experience.
• Good customer service skills.
• Ability to be part of the Deli team.

Responsibilities

• Varying early morning start. You will be part of opening the restaurant.
• Review bookings for the day.
• Deli counter service for our hotel guests as part of a team with the other cashier
• Clean and maintain seating area
• Deli duties including helping as a cashier during peak times
• Maintain the cleanliness of the restaurant throughout the remainder of the shift
