About The Position

The Deli Bakery Food Clerk provides friendly, efficient customer service and product knowledge while supporting retail tasks in Meijer’s Fresh departments. The role helps maintain a welcoming store by keeping product displays full, fresh, and visually appealing, and by stocking, rotating, and merchandising products according to standards. The clerk uses technology to complete work accurately, follows food safety, sanitation, and quality procedures, and may work across Meat, Seafood, Bakery, Deli, Produce, and Grocery. The role also supports other tasks needed to keep store operations running smoothly.
