About The Position

The Deli Baker prepares, packages, and sells store-baked products according to company standards. The role includes organizing and stocking work areas, preparing food by following process cards, and adhering to food safety and handling standards and practices. Team members provide guest-focused service and may have opportunities to train for other roles within Pilot Company’s travel centers and restaurants.

Requirements

• Strong guest service skills and the ability to maintain a guest-focused culture.
• Ability to complete accurate sales transactions.
• Ability to cleanly and safely manage and prepare food.
• Ability to maintain processes and policies.
• Ability to use computers, telephones, and other equipment as needed.
• Ability to work as part of a team.
