About The Position

Prepare sandwiches, wraps, flatbreads, soup and other deli items according to established recipes and customer requests. Provide friendly and efficient customer service while assisting guests with menu selections. Stock and replenish deli ingredients, food products, condiments, and supplies throughout the shift. Monitor product freshness, rotate inventory using FIFO practices, and remove expired items. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of preparation areas, equipment, display cases, and service counters. Ensure food is prepared, stored, and served in accordance with food safety, sanitation, and HACCP standards. Assist with food display setup and merchandising to maintain an attractive and well-stocked deli area. Cashier, food preparation, and/or other café operations during peak service periods. Perform other duties as assigned to support department operations.

Nice To Haves

• Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in food service, deli, restaurant, food prep, or customer service settings
