About The Position

This role focuses on creating an outstanding customer experience through exceptional service in the Deli department. The position involves establishing and maintaining a safe and clean environment to encourage customer return, achieving sales and profit goals, and upholding quality assurance standards. The Deli/Asst Dept Leader will monitor all functions, duties, and activities related to the Deli department and demonstrate the company's core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion, and safety.
