About The Position

The Deli/Asst Dept Leader is responsible for creating an outstanding customer experience through exceptional service, establishing and maintaining a safe, clean environment, achieving sales and profit goals, controlling quality assurance standards, and monitoring all functions of the Deli department. This role also requires demonstrating the company's core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion, and safety. King Soopers, a part of The Kroger Company since 1983, serves customers in over 115 stores across Colorado and Wyoming. Responsibilities

  • Create an outstanding customer experience through exceptional service.
  • Establish and maintain a safe, clean environment that encourages our customers to return.
  • Achieve sales and profit goals established for the department.
  • Control all established quality assurance standards.
  • Monitor all functions, duties and activities related to the Deli department.
  • Demonstrate the company's core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion and safety.
