Requirements

  • 2+ years of manufacturing, production, molding, assembly, or quality experience
  • Strong hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
  • Ability to work with small, detailed, and precision components
  • Ability to perform repetitive tasks while maintaining exceptional quality standards
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to workmanship
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Commitment to workplace safety and operational excellence

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in rubber molding, polymer manufacturing, medical device manufacturing, semiconductor manufacturing, or precision production environments
  • Experience using precision finishing or inspection tools
  • Understanding of quality systems and manufacturing standards

Responsibilities

  • Carefully remove excess material from molded rubber and rubber-to-metal components using specialized tools and equipment.
  • Working around intricate edges, grooves, and sealing surfaces, ensure every part meets exact specifications while preserving the integrity and functionality of the finished product.
  • Inspect finished components for imperfections, dimensional accuracy, and compliance with customer requirements.
  • Work with precision hand tools, Dremel equipment, scrapers, and other approved production tools designed for intricate finishing work.
  • Help maintain tooling condition, recognize wear, and support continuous improvement efforts that keep production running efficiently.
  • Collaborate with production, quality, maintenance, and leadership teams to improve processes, solve problems, and support a culture built on accountability, safety, and continuous improvement.
  • Clean, package, label, and organize finished goods according to established procedures.
