Requirements
- 2+ years of manufacturing, production, molding, assembly, or quality experience
- Strong hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
- Ability to work with small, detailed, and precision components
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks while maintaining exceptional quality standards
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workmanship
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Commitment to workplace safety and operational excellence
Nice To Haves
- Experience in rubber molding, polymer manufacturing, medical device manufacturing, semiconductor manufacturing, or precision production environments
- Experience using precision finishing or inspection tools
- Understanding of quality systems and manufacturing standards

Responsibilities
- Carefully remove excess material from molded rubber and rubber-to-metal components using specialized tools and equipment.
- Working around intricate edges, grooves, and sealing surfaces, ensure every part meets exact specifications while preserving the integrity and functionality of the finished product.
- Inspect finished components for imperfections, dimensional accuracy, and compliance with customer requirements.
- Work with precision hand tools, Dremel equipment, scrapers, and other approved production tools designed for intricate finishing work.
- Help maintain tooling condition, recognize wear, and support continuous improvement efforts that keep production running efficiently.
- Collaborate with production, quality, maintenance, and leadership teams to improve processes, solve problems, and support a culture built on accountability, safety, and continuous improvement.
- Clean, package, label, and organize finished goods according to established procedures.
