About The Position
Work as a High-Performance Team member supporting all aspects of team performance in order to produce a high-quality product in a safe environment while complying with all Haleon policies, procedures, and FDA regulations.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- 1–5 years of experience in a production environment
Nice To Haves
- SAP experience preferred
- Technical degree or certification preferred
Responsibilities
- Operate packaging lines on a daily basis.
- Perform routine quality checks to ensure products meet specifications.
- Perform routine safety checks to ensure equipment is safe for operation.
- Ensure process quality and compliance with Quality System standards.
- Comply with and support Haleon Environmental, Health and Safety policies and procedures.
- Achieve performance targets for packaging lines.
- Participate in RCA for deviations, problems, and equipment breakdowns.
- Perform and assist with preventive and autonomous maintenance.
- Perform and assist with production line changeovers.
- Perform 5S and cleaning activities to maintain GMP standards.
- Execute SAP functions including batch reconciliation, cycle counts, material movements, confirmations, and inventory control.
