About The Position

In Workplace Investing, Defined Benefit Configuration Analysts blend Defined Benefit domain knowledge with an aptitude for technology as they work with project teams to set up and maintain new Defined Benefit corporate clients on Fidelity’s Defined Benefit administration platforms. The Analyst collaborates with Business Analysts, Product Consultants, and Technology partners as part of a project team to ensure an exceptional experience for our clients and their participants.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree and experience working in the HR outsourcing industry.
  • Experience working with large teams on very complex projects.
  • Analytical, consultative, and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of relationship management, benefits administration, business processes, and record-keeping.
  • Business and technical analytical skills.
  • Ability to collaborate with internal and external groups across organizations.
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office suite of products, including Visual Basic for Applications (VBA).
  • Strong knowledge of data structures and query languages.
  • Strong knowledge of XML, HTML, JSON and other web-application languages.

Nice To Haves

  • Defined Benefit experience is a plus.
  • Experience with GitHub, SDL Tridion, SQL Server, Jenkins/CloudBees, and JIRA is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Provide system setup support as a member of multiple project teams.
  • Handle day-to-day maintenance requests.
