About The Position
As a defense mission professional, you ask questions others don’t. You understand the nuances of complex situations. You use your skills to think bigger and push further, solving complex problems. As a defense mission professional, you’ll bring your tactical and technical expertise to work on projects for the Department of War (DoW). You’ll be a trusted advisor to our clients, and we’ll look to you to identify opportunities, analyze risk, and evaluate complex systems, policies, and processes to provide solutions that solve the joint services' hardest problems. You served your country as a non-commissioned officer in one of the most demanding SOF units in the world. Requirements
- 10+ years of experience with SOF in contingency operations, sensitive activities, and leadership
- Experience working with the intelligence community and U.S. government
- Experience using Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Experience with security clearance protocols and systems
- Knowledge of strategic DoW combat operations strategy and policies
- Top Secret clearance
- Bachelor's degree

- Experience with advanced technology in AI and autonomy
- Experience with data analytic tools
- Knowledge of logistics and sustainment functions
- Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Master's degree
