About The Position

As a defense industries all-source analyst, you use your specialized functional experience and your attention to detail to conduct all-source analytic production on defense industrial programs, infrastructure, and capabilities supporting the ability to develop, equip, sustain, and employ military forces across basic, strategic, and military industrial sectors. As a Defense Industries All-Source Analyst on our team, you’ll help your client by providing briefing support to address dynamic intelligence requirements. Using your comprehensive understanding of all-source analytic tradecraft, production cycles, publication standards, community writing styles, and formats, you’ll produce strategic-level assessments and products that address the research, development, acquisition, test, evaluation and production of weapon systems. As an authority on your topic, your client will look to you for comprehensive production, often under pressure. This is a chance to grow your expertise and broaden your skillset in areas like analysis, writing, and communication. You’ll share your expertise with other analysts through leadership and mentoring. Requirements

  • Knowledge of IC and Combatant Command environments
  • Ability to develop high-quality deliverables tailored to senior policymakers or defense stakeholders, including complex written products and formal or informal briefings
  • TS/SCI clearance
  • Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of experience in all-source analysis, or 7+ years of experience in all-source analysis in lieu of a degree

Nice To Haves

  • 3+ years of experience with defense industries analysis such as industrial organization, production processes, weapon systems and equipment, and associated facilities and output levels
  • Knowledge of ICD 203 and 206 analytic tradecraft standards
  • Knowledge of the INDOPACOM AOR
