Veilant•Tysons, VA
•$129,400 - $200,000•Hybrid

About The Position

Veilant is hiring a Defense Growth Lead to drive the company’s expansion within USCYBERCOM and the cyber national security enterprise. This is a high-impact individual-contributor role for someone with experience operating in or alongside the cyber mission force, where technical credibility and trusted relationships are central to growth. Priority areas include USCYBERCOM, its service cyber components, and the broader cyber defense and offense enterprise. The role focuses on relationship-driven business growth in high-trust environments rather than transactional sales. The Defense Growth Lead will join a specialized growth team, work with Veilant’s technical team, and develop familiarity with the company’s secure technology and services. The position is notional and intended to support future business needs; hiring is contingent on business growth and position availability. Candidates must reside in or near an approved strategic hiring hub: DC, Maryland, or Northern Virginia (with a strong preference for the Fort Meade corridor); San Antonio, Texas; Augusta, Georgia; or Colorado Springs, Colorado. Frequent travel to key cyber mission locations is expected. The position offers a salary range of $129,400 to $200,000 annually for full-time status. Compensation depends on factors including qualifications, experience, education, certifications, technical skills, contract-specific affordability and labor categories, role scope, market and business considerations, and geographic location.

  • Deep operational familiarity with USCYBERCOM, its service cyber components, or the broader cyber national security enterprise.
