About The Position

The Dedicated Support Engineer at Comcast CTS serves as a trusted technical advisor and operational representative, helping customers resolve challenges, maximize the value of CTS platforms, and receive a consistently high-quality service experience. The role investigates and resolves complex or high-priority incidents, coordinates escalations and customer communications, and advocates for customers through issue resolution. It also supports operational readiness for customer onboarding, launches, platform enhancements, and custom integrations; develops automation and monitoring solutions; and contributes technical input to products, platforms, and architectural changes. The engineer monitors operational performance, identifies trends and opportunities to improve reliability and supportability, plans and validates routine maintenance, and contributes to cross-functional projects. The role includes leading outage bridges, coordinating internal teams, providing clear updates during customer meetings and incident discussions, and mentoring less experienced team members. Participation in a 24×7 on-call rotation is required. Comcast notes that employees are generally expected to work on-site unless the team is designated virtual; a remote option may be considered for candidates living more than 100 miles from an office when both office and virtual options are listed.
