About The Position

We are hiring CDL-A drivers for a dedicated retail route originating out of Phoenix, AZ. Drivers cover regional lanes with consistent freight volume and solid annual earnings. This role offers a weekly pay target of $1,500 gross, with yearly projections of $78,000. Drivers will have a 34 consecutive hour reset off every week, with the option to park at home or an approved lot. The workload averages 3 loads weekly, consisting of dry goods. Equipment includes a roto cart and liftgate, with unloads involving boxes up to 50 lbs. A 1-week paid mentor ride-along is provided at the start of employment.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 months of verifiable Class A CDL experience within the last 6 months.
• Active CDL-A.
• Valid DOT Medical Card.
• Clean driving record.
• Ability to pass standard DOT background/drug screenings.
• Comfortable backing in tight quarters.
• Ability to handle liftgate unloads.

Responsibilities

• Cover regional lanes with consistent freight volume.
• Complete an average of 3 loads weekly (dry goods).
