About The Position

NEXT Logistics, LLC is seeking a Dedicated Regional CDL Driver for its private fleet, serving as the logistics arm for Nelson-Jameson, Inc. This full-time position offers a dedicated regional route with consistent, dependable schedules designed to get drivers home every weekend. The role involves delivering products to customers and branch locations, picking up stock from suppliers, safely staging and loading orders, and maintaining the integrity of various types of cargo, including hazardous and perishable goods. Drivers will also be responsible for accurate documentation, such as logs and bills of lading. Requirements

1+ year(s) of semi-driving experience.
Valid Class A CDL.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Proficiency with weight scales, forklifts, and pallet jacks.

Nice To Haves

HAZMAT and Tanker endorsements (assistance available for obtaining these).

Responsibilities

On-time delivery to customers and branch locations via dedicated freight routes.
Efficiently collecting stock from suppliers as needed.
Staging and loading orders to optimize route efficiency.
Professional handling of hazardous, perishable, and freezable goods.
Maintaining accurate logs, mileage reports, and bills of lading.
