About The Position

E-logic is seeking an experienced, highly organized Dedicated Project Manager to spearhead a comprehensive, multi-site IT modernization and infrastructure upgrade project for Wesley Community. You will serve as the primary point of contact, orchestrating a phased transition from legacy environments to modern cloud architectures across five distinct facility locations totaling over 46,000 square feet.

Requirements

• 5+ years of IT Project Management experience, specifically managing multi-site IT modernization initiatives.
• Proven tracking record oversight of M365 migrations, network hardware rollouts (switches, APs), and cybersecurity frameworks.
• Strong proficiency in Agile or PMP frameworks with a knack for managing rigorous vendor SLAs.

Nice To Haves

• Experience working with or delivering solutions for non-profit organizations is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Seamlessly manage and align simultaneous workstreams, including cloud migration (Azure AD/M365), network overhauls, and endpoint security deployments.
• Lead execution through critical immediate phases (licensing, workstation replacements) into secondary phases (DLP configuration, network infrastructure, and redundant circuits).
• Act as the direct liaison between E-logic's engineering teams and the client's executive leadership.
• Ensure timely handover of all technical documentation, network topologies, risk mitigation reports, and training completion records.
