About The Position

Spring Health is a global mental health company dedicated to eliminating barriers to mental health support. Their AI-native platform offers personalized mental health solutions, including self-guided tools, coaching, therapy, and medication management. This role, reporting to the Director of Clinical Training, will focus on delivering clinical trainings to a specific, major customer, both virtually and in-person. The position involves assisting in the development of training materials, collaborating on effectiveness measurement, and contributing to the growth of clinical training offerings. The role is full-time and remote, with potential travel up to 30% for in-person sessions. The company emphasizes the thoughtful use of AI tools and human judgment in its operations.

Requirements

An unrestricted license to practice psychotherapy (Psychologist, LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LMHC, etc.).
A minimum of 3 years of post-graduate experience with at least 1 year of post-licensed experience.
Comfortable with technology and competent engaging learners virtually
Experience in training, a strong understanding of adult learning and virtual engagement techniques
A solid understanding of instructional design and content development
Knowledgeable about training evaluation techniques
Complete knowledge of Google Suite, Zoom, and additional events platforms as needed
Communicate effectively with dedicated customer and fellow Spring team members

Responsibilities

Deliver clinical trainings in an engaging manner
Work with a dedicated customer and internal Spring Employees to meet the needs of a dedicated customer
Collaborate with global providers to recognize culturally sensitive modifications to materials
Develop clinical content and training materials utilizing engagement techniques
Follow Spring Health policies and maintain all confidentiality, compliance, and ethical standards
Collaborate to continue to grow clinical training offerings and measurements of effectiveness
Work as a team player assisting with Wellsprings and onsite health fairs as needed
Coordinate logistics such as creating virtual events platforms, finding clinical providers, ensuring materials are prepared, tracking reporting and evaluation metrics
Work closely with a dedicated customer to consult on Training and Programming planning, including partnering with internal stakeholders to consult, manage and advise a dedicated customer
Ability to triage or use clinical skills as needed when urgent or crisis matters arise
A deep understanding of customer’s benefits and offerings
Experience presenting to all levels within an organization- including executive level
Deep understanding of the dedicated customer and unique needs of each division and unique employee populations
