About The Position

Dedicated Class A Driver needed for round trip dedicated runs hauling preloaded trailers to outdoor retail stores across the Midwest. This role offers consistent lanes and loads waiting for you, with the opportunity for a safety bonus. New CDL-A holders are welcome to apply and will receive 4 to 6 weeks of training with an experienced trainer, including guaranteed weekly training pay. Must have completed at least 120 hours at an accredited CDL school.

Requirements

Must be at least 21 years old with a valid Class A CDL.
New CDL-A holders welcome, no prior experience needed: just a valid Class A CDL and 120+ hours of CDL training.
Experienced drivers: 6 months OTR in the last 12 months, or 12+ months in the past 5 years.
Military experience considered with a valid DD214.
No more than 2 moving violations in the last 2 years.
No major preventable accidents in the last 5 years.
No DUI/DWI in the past 5 to 10 years.
Must pass hair and urine drug testing.

Responsibilities

Haul preloaded trailers to outdoor retail stores across the Midwest.
Complete round trips from a Wisconsin distribution center to retail stores in WI, IL, IA, IN, MN, SD, and NE.
Learn consistent lanes and loads.
Complete 1,800 to 2,200 miles per week.
Complete 34-hour reset at home, possibly every 2 weeks depending on freight volume.
Perform night runs and winter driving.
Work holidays depending on store needs.
