Drivers will handle preloaded, multi-stop deliveries, requiring 100% driver unload using rollers and 100% touch freight. The job requires extremely tight backing and high-skill maneuvering. Drivers may also haul doubles if endorsed and split at drop points, making deliveries to multiple store locations. The schedule is a 5.5-day work week with weekly 34-hour resets, typically starting between 3:00 AM and 7:00 AM and ending no later than 6:00 PM. Compensation is performance-based, with an average weekly pay of $2,190 and an estimated annual pay of $113,880. Drivers are paid for 6 days while working 5.5 days/week, with additional trailer pay of $300 per trailer for unload only.
