About The Position

We are seeking a Dedicated Class A CDL Driver for our Home Weekly Fleet. This role involves driving sleeper trucks and delivering retail goods in preloaded, multi-stop deliveries. Drivers will be responsible for 100% driver unload using rollers, handling touch freight, and may haul doubles if endorsed. The position requires comfort with tight backing and multi-stop routes, with an average of 900-1,200 miles per week. Drivers will be home weekly for a 34-hour reset, though not guaranteed on weekends. Start times are typically between 3:00 AM and 7:00 AM, with an end time no later than 6:00 PM. This is a 5.5-day work week.

Requirements

• Valid CDL-A License
• At least 6 months of driving experience
• Ability to handle physical unloading (rollers)
• Comfortable with tight backing and multi-stop routes

Responsibilities

• Operate sleeper trucks for preloaded, multi-stop deliveries of retail goods.
• Perform 100% driver unload using rollers.

• Navigate tight backing situations and multi-stop routes.
• Haul doubles if endorsed and split at drop points.
• Deliver to multiple store locations.
• Complete an average of 3 trailers per week (approximately 40,000 lbs each).
