About The Position

This dedicated regional run offers top-tier pay for drivers who don't mind physical unloads and want to maximize their weekly income. High accessorial rates paired with a $0.75 flat CPM push average weekly checks to $1,825. The role involves approximately 1,500 miles per week, with 2 loads and 3-5 stops per route. The unloading is done 100% by the driver using a box roller system. Drivers will receive a weekly 34-hour reset and can expect early AM deliveries and night driving. A 1-week paid ride-along training program is provided.

Requirements

• Active Class A CDL
• 3+ months CDL-A experience in the last 36 months
• Physical endurance for roller-box unloads in extreme cold/heat
• Must park truck at a secure gated lot/personal property during reset (No unsecure/store parking allowed)
• Clean driving record (Not SAP Friendly)
• Prepared to bring 2 weeks of personal gear to orientation

Responsibilities

• Perform 100% driver unloads via a box roller system.
• Complete approximately 2 loads per week with 3-5 stops per route.
• Drive regional lanes covering IA, OK, MO, WI, AR, IL, KS, MN, NE, SD, ND, CO.
• Adhere to a schedule that includes early AM deliveries and night driving.
• Complete a weekly 34-hour reset.
• Park truck at a secure gated lot or personal property during reset.
