About The Position

We are seeking a dedicated Class A CDL driver for a local route originating in Fredericksburg, VA. This position involves dedicated deliveries throughout Virginia and Maryland, with drivers responsible for loading and unloading trailers using an electric pallet jack, as well as handling returns. The schedule is a 5-day work week with 2 consecutive days off, and typical shifts are 12-14 hours, starting between 7:00 PM and 9:00 PM. Drivers will average 1,300 miles per week and operate modern, well-maintained tractors.

Requirements

Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL-A).
Minimum of 3 months of recent, verifiable Class A driving experience.
Must have a reliable personal vehicle to commute to the local Fredericksburg facility daily.
Must be willing/able to operate night shifts and work weekend schedules.
Must live within 45 miles of Fredericksburg, VA.

Responsibilities

Perform dedicated deliveries originating in Fredericksburg, VA, servicing locations throughout Virginia (VA) and Maryland (MD).
Operate a Class A CDL vehicle, averaging 1,300 miles per week.
Handle dedicated touch freight, including loading and unloading 53' trailers using an electric pallet jack.
Reload returns back to the distribution center.
Operate night shifts and work weekend schedules.
Commute daily to the local Fredericksburg facility.
