  • Own and optimize Monday Work Management boards and workflow automations, maintaining accurate real-time visibility into order status, priorities, quantities, and completion dates.

  • Oversee inbound transfers, outbound shipments, inventory accuracy, and procurement of thread, backing, transfer materials, packaging, and other production supplies.
  • Establish and enforce quality standards for all decoration methods, including inspection requirements, approved samples, defect criteria, root-cause analysis, and corrective actions.

  • Lead, develop, and hold accountable the facility team, including responsibility for workforce planning, scheduling, training, performance management, and organizational development.
  • Partner with Human Resources and Production leadership to recruit and onboard employees as required to support business growth and evolving production needs.
  • Evaluate new equipment, technologies, decoration capabilities, and external service providers that could improve quality, capacity, speed, or cost.
  • Develop contingency plans and qualified external decoration capacity to support demand surges, specialized capabilities, and business continuity.
