About The Position
Your summer on Gull Lake is calling! Picture yourself cruising in style aboard the North Star Yacht at Cragun's Resort as a Deckhand! Your role will be crucial in supporting daily operations and helping to craft unforgettable moments for both passengers and crew.
Requirements
- Flexible schedule to work days/nights/weekends/holidays
Nice To Haves
- Boating Experience helpful, but not required.
Responsibilities
- Assisting with docking, line handling, and securing our vessel to ensure smooth and safe sailings.
- Providing support to the captain and crew.
- Keeping our deck and onboard areas sparkling clean and organized, creating a welcoming environment for everyone on board.
- Interacting with our passengers, helping them with boarding and providing important safety instructions as they begin their adventure.
- Participating in essential maintenance tasks, including light repairs and equipment checks, ensuring our yacht is always shipshape and ready for a wonderful experience.
- Following safety regulations and procedures to help create a secure and comfortable atmosphere for all on board.
- Loading and unloading gear and supplies.
