About The Position
Seeking a Deckhand/Stew for a 55' Vanquish Motor Yacht on a private program. This role is part of a dynamic and active crew of three, including a Captain and Mate. The yacht is primarily used for day trips, evening cruising, and watersports. The owners are American, and the program is associated with a larger fleet. Shore-based housing is provided in both the Caribbean and Sag Harbor, along with a crew vehicle and covered food expenses.
Requirements
- B1/B2 visa in hand
- Up-to-date ENG1 medical certificate
- STCW certification
- Valid driver's license
- At least 1 year of experience as a deckhand or deck/stew
- High standard of spoken English
Nice To Haves
- Basic cocktail knowledge
Responsibilities
- Perform deckhand duties.
- Provide stewarding services.
- Assist with watersports.
- Participate in day trips and evening cruising.
- Maintain the vessel to a high standard.
