About The Position

Playcraft Systems LLC is seeking a Deck Plant Welder to perform all functions of the Deck Plant Welding Department, ensuring safety, quality, and productivity. This role operates on an open schedule of Monday through Thursday, 10 hours per day, from 6:00 am to 4:15 pm. The position requires the ability to pass an internal weld test and proficiency in MIG welding. Basic knowledge of universal hand tools is also required, along with a willingness to learn to read blueprints and a measuring tape. The ideal candidate will be able to learn various department centers, prioritize competing tasks and deadlines, and pay close attention to detail regarding product specifications, quality standards, and processes. The ability to work in a fast-paced environment to support multiple customers and maintain good attendance is crucial. Cross-training on other areas within the facility is also expected. Applicants must be 18 years of age.

Requirements
